About

Peter Champ purchased his first property in Portland 8 years ago after deciding that this was the community in which he and his wife wanted to raise their children. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Peter owned and operated a successful import and retail business. A growing interest in Portland architecture and real estate, caused Peter to close the business after 14 years and begin his career as a real estate broker.

One of the reasons for his success as a business owner is that Peter possesses a level of honesty and integrity that surpasses most. This quality is also the reason people turn to Peter for help with buying or selling their homes. He takes the pressure out of the real estate process by carefully listening to his clients’ needs, advocating on their behalf and getting the results that they desire.

Peter understands that buying or selling a home is a big step for most people and is very sensitive to his clients’ needs and concerns throughout the process. He strives to instill the same level of comfort and trust he felt when he moved to Portland and bought his first home.

Peter’s attention to detail and reliability are rarely matched — as an owner of both residential and commercial properties he understands the importance of a fluid, seamless transaction and what pitfalls to avoid.

Peter grew up in London, England and has resided in the United States for the last 20 years. Peter now lives in Portland with his wife, Molly, their three young children and two cats. He loves the unique combination of urban and outdoor activities that the Portland area offers, and enjoys cooking, wine tasting, fishing and camping with his family and friends.

As a small business owner Peter appreciates the importance of fostering relationships, client satisfaction and repeat business. Peter welcomes the opportunity to partner with you for all of your real estate needs!
